The flower parade rolled along the quai des etats unis which is the promenade along the sea.

Parade Corso Carnavalesques
The theme for this parade was the Mediteranian sea and the guest of honor this year is Italy. Afterall, they are neighbors. Notice the men in drag showin' off and the peace float with a palestinian and israeli together on a dove.
